The 1:1 Personal Training Package includes
- An initial consultation to agree your aims.
- 4 x 1 hour personal training sessions, in-person or online.
- Personalised home programme shared through an easy-to-use online training app.
- Full online support between sessions to help you keep on track.
- A 30-minute block check-in at the end of every four sessions.

Training sessions can be given in-person or online (using Zoom). There is a €10 surcharge per 30 minutes travel from Chalabre.

You can request an e-voucher to print at home or a voucher ready-printed on card.
